Important Jamaat Announcement
This announcement is for those mumineen who were not present or could not attend the last Miqaat/Majlis.

Ejamaat cards are becoming a very important form of identification for our community. The central
Ejamaat Team has worked very hard to make this a success and it requires support from each one of
us in order for this system to operate correctly.
It is Aqa Maula (TUS)'s farmaan and khushi than from now on each and every mumin should have
an ejamaat card. All jamaat related transactions (sabeel/vajebaat/safai chitthi) will be based on the
ejamaat card. Your affiliation with the jamaat will be based on whether you have an ejamaat card or
not. Ejamaat card will be as important as your PPS number when it comes to jamaat affairs.
I urge all of you who do not have the ejamaat cards to follow the following steps:
1. Fill out Head of Family form.
2. Fill out Family member form for each Family member.
3. Attach 1 passport and 1 stamp size photograph in Libas-ul-Anwar for each applicant.
4. Attach a photocopy of the safaii chitthi. (If you do not have one attach an additional photo for
jamaat to issue one if dues are clear.)
Kindly inform me if any one of the following is applicable to you:
1. Is there a family member (new born or child ) who HAS NOT been registered?
2. You have been registered but have LOST your card.
3. Your Ejamaat ID number is affiliated with another jamaat but would like to TRANSFER to
Dublin Jamaat.
4. UPDATE information regarding Aqeeqa, Misaaq , Nikah, Mufsiyat, Hadeeyat etc.
5. You have been issued DUPLICATE ejamaat cards.

Please Note:
You will only be able to receive future Jamaat / Miqaat announcement if your Ejamaat ID is transferred into Dublin Jamaat. All Future Jamaat / Miqaat annoucements will be coming from the Ejamaat systems, so please make sure your email address in your EJ profile is updated.
